A major Swiss IT Company is looking for an Account Manager (60 – 100 %).
As an experienced account manager, you have already successfully looked after customers from the field of public authorities and organizations with security tasks who rely on innovative drone solutions for safety and security. Your task is to build up, support and advise the customer relationship.
Your tasks
- Supporting companies and authorities in the development of secure drone detection and efficient drone applications
- Advising customers with your expertise in the field of drone protection and drone operations
- Responsibility for cold calling, customer acquisition and up- and cross-selling
- Acting like in a start-up, customer-oriented with short decision-making paths
Your profile
- Several years of experience in sales with a proven track record in sales, cold calling and account management
- Experience in stakeholder management of C-level customers
- Very good knowledge of German and English, French is an advantage
- A high degree of autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset, and creative thinking
- Experience in the implementation of sales strategies and the sale of B2B products
- Enthusiastic about technology and interested in the latest developments in the drone sector
- Assertive, quick perception and a flair for numbers
- High level of initiative and very good presentation skills
