Full-time, Job-sharing, Part-time A major telecommunications provider is looking for Business Engineers Product Management (80 – 100%) in job sharing.
You take on board the business requirements of internal stakeholders and customer representatives and develop solutions. You check the feasibility with the responsible specialists.
This position can also be filled in job sharing. You form a well-established team with another person and complete the tasks together.
About the team and the product
We are responsible for the definition and implementation of the partner and customer experience chain of the key B2B Telco services, from definition to validation in the IT tools.
The team works according to the latest agile methodologies.
Your responsibilities
- You take into account the technical system requirements and the target architecture.
- You analyze business processes, organizational structures, IT and material resources
- You elicit, review and document business needs and expectations of organizational units and translate them
- You validate the technical implementation and support the team
Your profile
- Strong interest and solid experience in ICT as well as the Telecom environment.
- Able to quickly learn and translate business requirements from various stakeholders into a dedicated requirements specification
- Able to quickly penetrate complicated issues and high affinity for IT systems and processes
- Very good communication skills, enthusiastic demeanor and good assertiveness
- Very team-oriented and quality-conscious
- Very good German, good English and French
