An early-stage startup is looking for a CPO Chief Product Officer (60 – 100%) in job sharing.

We are building a recipe platform that values the art of cooking and compensates for the development of delicious recipes. For us, technology is key to preparing the tradition of cooking for the future. Our users do not only have access to delicious recipes but also an API that will be important in the future such as smart kitchen equipment. We are an experienced team that pays attention to details and wants to make every bit of the app as great for our users as it can be.

Your Strategic Responsibilities:

• Experience in product management including user feedback to implement necessary improvements
• Experience in defining the strategic development of the product including its implementation
• Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
• Monitor KPIs and IT budget
• Proficient with UX and Swift and Swift UI

Hand-on responsibilities:

• Understanding of android’s and apple’s design principles and interface guidelines

Personal qualifications:

• Experience working in a startup- and remote work environment including building remote teams
• More than 2 years of leadership experience
• Experience in agile development
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Tendency to perfection of UX and UI

Education:

• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or similar
• Knowledge in Machine Learning is a plus
