Your responsibilities
- Establish a close collaboration with your product manager to align product and tech vision
- Leading an existing interdisciplinary team of currently 6 developers
- Support and protect your team to ensure their productivity and overall happiness
- Support the team to write production-ready code that accounts for reliability, extendability, maintainability, scalability, and security (you can stop reading here if these words sound unfamiliar)
- Prioritize what is coming next

- You actually enjoy helping people to develop and grow
- You coded and built software systems in the past
- You are still able to draw boxes with arrows connecting them
- You have an opinion and are willing to share it
- You have experience in a leadership role

- CHF 127’100: This is the minimum salary you can expect for this position. Based on your qualifications your salary can be higher
