A young, agile agency for digital communication & marketing in the heart of Zurich is looking for a Google Ads Expert (80-100%).

They design full-funnel strategies for their clients in the areas of event management and digital marketing along the entire customer journey for various target groups and offer data-based analyses from a single source. They are a Google Partner and also maintain other partnerships with various companies.

They are looking for a SEA & Conversion Tracking Manager with a hands-on mentality to join their digital marketing team and take responsibility for setting up and managing new ads projects.

Your responsibilities

  • Plan and set up Google Ads / Microsoft Ads / Meta Ads campaigns, taking into account the latest findings and best practices
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key performance indicators (such as quality score, CPC, CTR and cost per conversion, etc.)
  • Lead conversion tracking projects and implement them in collaboration with the data team (create tracking concept, implement conversion events for Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Pixel, etc.)
  • Determine relevant KPIs and coordinate them with customers and visualize them in Looker Studio reports
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
  • Create reports and generate insights on online marketing campaigns
  • Manage customer projects independently, including conducting customer meetings and preparing / following up

Your profile

You will be a good fit for this company if you feel comfortable working in an agile startup team and also bring the following with you:

  • At least 3 years of experience with Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager and Looker Studio
  • Experience with Microsoft and Meta Ads
  • Experience with conversion tracking, especially Google Tag Manager and Facebook Business Manager
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and RegEx is an advantage
  • Experience with Google Ads Editor
  • Customer-oriented thinking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent, structured and responsible way of working
  • Analytical skills, especially a holistic view of problems
  • Motivation to learn new things and ability to acquire new knowledge quickly and independently
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German (C2/native speaker).
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage.
