Full-time, Job-sharing, Part-time A major Swiss IT Company is looking for a Junior Service Operation Manager (60 – 100 %) in job sharing.
Our focus is on quality, stability and customer satisfaction. As an Operation Manager, you will strengthen the organization in ITSM-S according to ITIL and drive forward the topics of service reliability engineering, change, incident and problem management.
This position can also be filled in job sharing. You form a well-established team with another person and complete the tasks together.

By analyzing, presenting and tracking KPIs, you will reach a new level in quality and stability assurance. You are part of a cross-divisional community of practice and contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.

- You will work in a dynamic and high-performing team that is closely networked and active in various topics and specialist areas
Your profile
- Familiar with OneITSM, MXOnline and Operation Management System as well as ITIL
- Organizational talent and ability to work independently and autonomously
- Expertise in in-depth data analysis and meaningful data visualization, e.g. with PowerPoint, Excel and PowerBI for management-oriented presentations
- Good written and spoken German and English, French is an advantage
- Enthusiastic about complex problems
