A major financial institution is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager (80 – 100%).

This exciting position is within the Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) team in Marketing & Sales. The team is responsible for the lifecycle management program for existing customers (CRM) with a focus on activation, product usage, up- and cross-selling and retention. We are looking for you, a team player, for the newly developed topic of Marketing Automation.

Your tasks

  • With your good communication skills and confident demeanor, you take the lead in the implementation of the new marketing automation tool, working closely with the external partners
  • You plan customer-centric, personalized, multi-level dialog marketing campaigns for existing customers (lifecycle emails) and implement them in a professional manner
  • As a doer with excellent writing skills and a good graphic sense, you create target group-specific and personalized content for the implementation of digital dialog marketing campaigns
  • You pursue the goal of achieving a significant impact on customer behavior with cross-channel and data-driven marketing campaigns with a high degree of automation and personalization.
  • You use your analytical skills to test campaigns, analyze success based on KPIs, and derive optimization potential to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Your good problem-solving skills will benefit you in the further development and optimization of existing and new processes.

Your profile

  • You have broad experience in the areas of dialog marketing and marketing automation with an excellent feel for the design of multi-level and diverse dialog processes with customers
  • You have a degree or further education in marketing, customer intelligence or CRM
  • You have at least 2-4 years of professional experience in the areas of email marketing, CRM marketing, and marketing automation (ideally in the financial industry)
  • You are characterized by a data-driven and analytical way of working, a creative streak as well as an open and positive mind
  • You have excellent textual skills. Your stylistically confident written and spoken German and good English skills round off your profile. A good knowledge of French is an advantage.
