SIX group is looking for a People Head Projects & Costs in job sharing.

About the team 

We are an engaged and dynamic team responsible for a wide portfolio of projects. You will lead a team with about 25 internal employees based in Switzerland, Spain and Poland. As People Head of Projects & Costs, you will be responsible for recruitment, development, performance, motivation and retention of the team. You will act as a champion for the company culture and will support our employees in their success. For this position, we offer a hybrid working model (SIX office & home office).

Your responsibilities

• Develop your team in cooperation with the product owners.
• Align the product teams with the department’s vision and goals.
• Ensure cross collaboration where reasonable lead talent management and be responsible for the recruitment of the product team members (internal & external employees).
• Take care of all Human Resource related aspects of the team and foster our company’s culture.
• Be responsible for the overall vision and strategy of the team and the prioritization of work.
• Budget responsibility for internal and external staff
• Take care of country-specific Legal and Compliance topics (Switzerland, Spain, Poland).

Your profile

• team player with senior leadership and coaching skills
• IT Management skills in the area of Project Management and Project Portfolio
• understanding of financial matters with regards to budgeting, forecasting and controlling
• motivating personality with good organizational skills, experience with change management initiatives in international teams
• good advanced cultural understanding & experience with change management initiatives in international teams
• very good written and spoken English skills. Additional languages are a big plus (German, Spanish)
