A major telecommunications provider is looking for Product Architects (60 – 100%) in job sharing.
You are responsible for the methods and governance of the product architecture. You develop product standards and governance for product architecture, work with all portfolio clusters in the business customer area and design new methods and concepts.
This position can also be filled in job sharing. You form a well-established team with another person and complete the tasks together.
About the team and the product
We are responsible for the product and portfolio management of B2B. This includes the product development and phaseout process. We also take care of the master product catalog and build the new product catalog. Product performance management (PSR, maturity model, performance analyses) and the center of competence pricing in the telco sector are also in our hands. We understand the work in the system in order to work successfully on the system.
We are currently developing a new product and service model for our B2B products. You contribute significantly to the successful implementation of the product catalog.
To ensure a good customer experience, you develop and standardize the product architecture governance. You support and improve the product-service model and the product-service catalog in ServiceNow. You will take on the view of the product architecture and the interface to the Enterprise Architecture department. You are also responsible for the implementation and development of standardized product and service blueprints in product development, sales and fulfillment processes.
