In our Product Management team, we are a small group of empathetic, curious people that work hard to design simple solutions to the difficult real-world problems that job seekers face while looking for their next opportunity. The search functionality on our platforms is central to our ambition to connect job seekers with relevant jobs. We are looking for someone to join our team so that we can improve the job search experience and our recommendation capabilities.
This position can also be filled in job sharing. You form a well-established team with another person and complete the tasks together.
Your responsibilities:
- Take an integral role in a Scrum team focused on search and recommendation, collaborating with UX, Engineering, Marketing and Data on a daily basis. This includes prioritizing the team backlog and writing user stories.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and partners across departments and disciplines
- Define product discovery and delivery opportunities the Scrum team should focus on, balancing both user needs and business goals
- Identify quarterly Objectives and Key Results with your team and other search and recommendation contributors
- Connect with job seekers in collaboration with our UX experts: understand their nuanced needs, ask them for feedback and use the insights to create outcomes they need on our platforms
Your profile:
- A Product Manager. You may have even worked on a platform’s search functionality before
- A clear and effective communicator that understands the importance of compelling storytelling and how it brings people together
- An adept and considered relationship builder at all organisational levels. You can connect with all people and know that it takes work to maintain connections
- Want to better understand user problems and the current landscape before creating and testing solutions
- Willingness to challenge the status quo in order to bring about improvements and opportunities for change
- Use data, both qualitative and quantitative, to inform your decision making and share your process with people
- Comfortable working in English every day. Speaking French or German is a plus
