A major financial institution is looking for a Senior Agile Product Manager (PM) Cloud Application Platform (80 – 100%).

As the Product Manager of our Cloud Application Platform, you will ensure that our cloud transformation continues and expands successfully. You develop, lead and communicate the platform’s product strategy at the forefront. You direct and steer your product from conception, to launch, to operations. You work closely with the business and IT worlds. You have the knowledge and skills to break down complex problems and requirements into smaller steps. Your tasks

• You create and maintain a solution vision and an implementation roadmap with the stakeholders.
• You are responsible for the initiative (Epic) along the Swisscard Innovation Process, including planning and controlling the budget.
• You elicit customer needs and coordinate features in compliance with criteria such as DoR (Definition of Ready) or DoD (Definition of Done).
• You manage the product backlog and their prioritization.
• You identify, address and manage issues and risks.
• You ensure a smooth go-live of the new solutions in collaboration with the business departments and the agile teams.

Your profile

• You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration (ETH, Uni, FH) or an equivalent education.
• You have several years of experience in the agile development of IT platforms and IT solutions (incl. tools such as SAFe, Confluence, Jira).
• You have experience developing and/or deploying products and technologies within a cloud infrastructure.
• You bring experience in requirements engineering/business analysis.
• You have strong problem-recognition skills.
• You have an eye for the essentials, as well as a systematic, structured and organized way of working.
• You have good communication skills and can clearly represent your position in German and English (verbally and in writing).
