Senior Technical Lead (80-100%)

A young, agile agency for digital communication & marketing in the heart of Zurich is looking for a Senior Technical Lead.

They design full-funnel strategies for their clients in the areas of event management and digital marketing along the entire customer journey for various target groups and offer data-based analyses from a single source.

As part of their growth strategy, they are looking to strengthen their data management team.

Your responsibilities

• Leading customer projects incl. customer meetings & consulting
• Further development of internal processes in the area of data management
• Conception of technical solutions & processes, as well as participation in implementation
• Maintenance & preparation of customer data
• Independent execution of data analyses & preparation of reports

Your profile

You will be a good fit for this company if you feel comfortable working in an agile team and also bring the following with you:

• You have a good technical understanding and can quickly learn new topics
• HTML and JavaScript / Apps Script knowledge is necessary
• You have experience with Excel / Google Sheets
• You have a reliable, independent and accurate way of working and can set priorities correctly
• You can connect the dots and make proactive suggestions
• You have a high level of resilience and do not allow yourself to be rattled
• You have experience, especially in managing projects in dynamic environments
• Initiative and hands-on mentality are in your blood
• Very good presentation & communication skills
• You are motivated to learn new things and can acquire new knowledge quickly and independently
• You are flexible and adaptable
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills.
