A major Swiss IT Company is looking for a Scrum Master (60-100%) in job sharing. 

As a Scrum Master, your key role will be to ensure the best customer experience. You will coach the team in self-organization, continuous improvement and good built-in quality. Your responsibility is to ensure the team implements Scrum and SAFe methodologies.

This position can also be filled in job sharing. You form a well-established team with another person and complete the tasks together.

Your tasks

  • Collaborate closely with teams and the Product Owner (PO) to enhance the customer experience
  • Coach the team to excel in self-organization, continuous improvement and building high-quality solutions
  • Serve as a servant leader, supporting the team throughout the process to optimize productivity and foster transparency
  • Drive transformation toward a high-performing team with a focus on process improvement, technical enhancements and employee development

Your profile

  • Deep comprehension of development and operational processes
  • Strong drive to spearhead transformation towards a high-performing team, emphasizing process enhancement, technological progress and employee growth
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Exceptional communication and people skills
