A major Swiss IT Company is looking for a Senior Program Manager B2B Transformation (80 – 100 %).

You will shape the future of our business customer segment with us. In close cooperation with top management (C-level) and our divisional management, you will define and drive transformation projects that create the conditions for achieving our ambitious goals.

About the team and the product

By analyzing, presenting and tracking KPIs, you will reach a new level of quality and stability assurance. You are part of a cross-divisional community of practice and contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Your tasks

• You actively shape the future of our business customer segment
• You are responsible for key aspects of the our Business Customers operating model transformation program
• You act as a trusted advisor for the C-Level
• You contribute insights and analyses, but are also involved in the implementation and ensure impact

Your profile

• Degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in business administration, business informatics or comparable fields
• Several years (5+) of experience in transformation projects at a top strategy consultancy
• Deep ICT expertise (in the telecom and/or IT services industry)
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• A high degree of autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset, and creative thinking
• Close cooperation with top management
